Image to PDF FAQs
Which image formats can I convert to PDF?
This server currently supports JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, GIF, TIF, TIFF. Optional formats appear only when the active image driver can decode them.
Can I combine different image formats in one PDF?
Yes. You can mix supported formats, such as JPG and PNG, in one PDF.
Can I reorder images before conversion?
Yes. Use the up, down, remove, and clear controls before submitting. Server-side order is validated.
Will images be stretched or cropped?
No. Contain mode is used by default, so images fit inside the page while preserving aspect ratio.
How are transparent PNG images handled?
Transparent areas are flattened against a white background to avoid black PDF backgrounds.
Can animated GIF or WEBP files be converted?
When supported, only the first frame is used. Multi-frame PDF output is not implemented.
Does HEIC conversion work on every server?
No. HEIC or HEIF appears only when Imagick/ImageMagick has HEIC support.
Can I choose A4 or Letter page size?
Yes. Auto, A4, and Letter page sizes are available with auto, portrait, or landscape orientation.
Are uploaded images permanently stored?
No. Files are automatically deleted after processing. We do not permanently store your documents.
Why was an image rejected as unsupported?
The file may have an unsupported codec, a MIME/extension mismatch, excessive dimensions, corruption, or SVG/XML content.
